a) Toast and Crackers:
Boost your blood sugar level and tame an unsettled stomach by eating bland foods, such as toast and crackers.
To treat a hangover headache, drink two cups of coffee, which can help decrease the swelling of blood vessels associated with a pounding cranium.
Excessive alcohol consumption can deplete the amount of carbohydrates and potassium levels in the body. A banana not only gives you a nutritional boost by providing complex carbohydrates, but the fruit also delivers a burst of energy.
d) Orange or Tomato Juice:
Fructose assists the body in ridding your system of alcohol. The morning after a hard night of drinking, reach for a large glass of orange juice or tomato juice – both of which contain a high amount of fructose.
After the dehydrating effects of alcohol take hold of your system, replace lost fluids by chugging down a bottle of Gatorade.
