Cancer Fighting Home Remedies
Trying new spices when cooking or snacking on nuts instead of cookies can really make a difference in your overall health. Your goal is to increase your consumption of the minerals, vitamins and other ingredients that boost the immune system, keep good cells active, and fight free radicals. To explore the possibilities of home remedies that fight cancer, consider incorporating some of the following dietary and lifestyle changes into your daily routines:
In flax, there are lignans (which can act in the same manner as an antioxidant) that may block or suppress cancerous changes in the body. The high level of omega-3 fatty acids in flax is also connected to the protection against colon cancer.
The quercetin and campferol (antioxidants found in nuts) are thought to suppress the growth of cancers. Different kinds of nuts also possess various benefits that aid in the fight against cancer, such as the 80 micrograms of selenium found in the Brazil nut known to fight prostate cancer. If you are allergic to the proteins found in nuts, a suitable replacement for this home remedy is to take a selenium supplement.

Garlic is linked to the prevention of stomach cancer because it kills a bacterium called Helicobacter pylori, which is found in the stomach and known to promote cancer in this part of the body.
